TSP Developments Pty Ltd was founded in 2009 by Director, Tim Payne.
Tim has worked extensively in the building industry for the past 20 years, in both residential and commercial construction.

He started his career as an "old fashioned" apprentice carpenter, doing the hard yards on sites learning and developing his skills through continual practical hands on experience . Having developed his skills and completing his apprentiship, he was able to work through to managing projects and making other peoples ideas a reality.

Tim is actively involved in the company, and has a personal involvement in every project and client.
His cooperative approach, together with the skills and experience of his staff, have resulted in a number of projects being undertaken as repeat business – a mark of their ability to achieve client satisfaction on all projects.

TSP Developments has specialised in a number of market sectors including, new homes, renovations, additions, multi-level developments, apartments and listed historic buildings.
We have become known for our uncompromising focus on selecting and developing a team, of able and talented staff to achieve satisfaction for our clients on all projects.
